Getting the word out to the youth of Ottawa that there are good paying jobs right here in Franklin County is becoming a big thing. The Franklin County Development Council is teaming with the schools to focus on keeping kids here after they graduate. Sheriff Jeff Richards says the same is true for law enforcement:
