Now that West Franklin School District Superintendent Jerry Turner is retiring, the School Board is turning to finding a new one. During a Special Meeting last night, Dr. Britton Hart from the Kansas Association of School boards, who is helping in the search, told board Members that there are four phases to the search:
The School Board hopes to have some firm candidates by early next year, then will interview each one before choosing a new superintendent.
