The Training Center used by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office seems to be getting quite a reputation. Sheriff Jeff Richards told the Franklin County Commission about some outsiders using the facility:
Richards says he hopes the Training Center can continue to be used by outside agencies as well as his own.
