The Ottawa Library Board of Trustees had an update on their Endowment Fund and the news was a bit disappointing, with income trending downward, due to economic trends. Jeff Ream, Portfolio Manager with FCI Advisors, says one negative event may be surprising:
The Endowment Fund, in part, is expected to supply funds for the construction of a new library facility.
