The Franklin County Development Council has a new president……….he is Casey Lytle of Wellsville. During the FCDC’s Annual Meeting, Lytle said the County has a lot going for it.
Lytle also paid tribute to the contributions that other people of FCDC have done in promoting the county as a good place to do business
