It took a little longer than expected, but officials have finally announced the winning numbers for the record $2.4 billion Powerball Lottery jackpot after Monday night’s drawing was delayed when one of the 48 participating lotteries needed more time to complete the necessary protocols.
The winning numbers are 10-33-41-47-56 and the powerball was 10.
Monday night’s scheduled drawing was delayed this morning due to an issue with one of the participating state lotteries. Powerball officials did not say which lottery had the issue but confirmed a problem with collecting sales data led to the need to delay the drawing.
