The Kansas Department of Transportation, or K-DOT, always gives appreciation of an employees state service anniversaries. There are several in November and December. Right down the road in Richmond, David Shuster is celebrating his 20th year with K-DOT. He is an Equipment Mechanic Specialist with the state. Also in the area, Jeffrey Sims who has worked for K-DOT for 10 years as a Professional Civil Engineer.
