A Williamsburg women was sent to the hospital early this morning after wrecking her vehicle on K-68. At 5:25 this morning, 20-year-old Ashley Newell, of Williamsburg was traveling west bound in the 100 block of K-68 in her Honda Cross-Tour when she fell asleep at the wheel and left the roadway before striking a driveway embankment.
Ashley was transported to Advent Health Ottawa for treatment of injuries she sustained in the crash. No report on the extent of those injuries.
