The campaign to build a new building for the Ottawa Library is slowly gathering steam. Library Director Terry Chartier and Board of Trustee member Sharon Geiss discussed the campaign drive newsletter, known as the 1872 Newsletter.
The new library campaign is being managed by Swanson House, a fundraising company based in Emporia.
