Olivia Koster fell in love with Ottawa University and the City of Ottawa the moment she drove onto campus her freshman year at OU. Over the past four years she has seen an increase in that appreciation. Now a senior, she is the new director for the Ottawa Main Street Association. After working on a project where OU students help plant flowers on the corners of Main Street, she felt something was missing. The need to be involved more with the community. She says that led to a meeting with Commissioner Emily Graves:
