The Ottawa City Commission will hold its weekly Study Session today. The agenda only has one item on it. That item is a discussion of electric utility rates with Finance Director, Melanie Landis and Utilities Director Dennis Tharp. Ottawa City Manager, Richard Nienstedt.
The City Commission has already raised water rates and wastewater utility rates for the coming year. The study will begin at 4:00 this afternoon at City Hall. It is open to the public and will be live streamed on the City of Ottawa Facebook page.
