There appears to be little or no movement toward a reconciliation of Advent Health Ottawa and Ottawa Family Physicians in regards to restoring certain in-hospital privileges for OFP doctors. After a regular meeting of the Ransom Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees, which included Advent Health Officials, KOFO’s Milton Ammel spoke with CEO Dallas Purkeypile and he responded to a question about the possibility of continued contact between the two agencies:
During the meeting, several questions were raised about the use of the approximately two million dollars a year sales tax, with several of the RMH Board Officials saying they want to see more of the sales tax put toward charity care.
