Discussion of the Neighborhood Revitalization Program occupied most of a joint luncheon of city, county and school district officials……officials are considering whether to expand the boundaries of the program. At one point, Ottawa School Superintendent Ryan Cobbs had a question, and City Attorney Blaine Finch had an answer.
All of the officials gathered appeared to be in favor of expanding the boundaries of the program.
