The Franklin County Commission is all set to renew an updated contract with a company called N. R. Hamm Quarry of Lawrence.….the company hauls off certain kinds of waste from the transfer station. Public Works Director, David Lee says the new contract spells out certain items that won’t be transported.
Lee says Hamm has about the best reputation in the solid waste industry and is easy to work with if problems arise.
