A large amount of money received by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office from seized drugs, may result in some more modern equipment. Sheriff Jeff Richards says his department is in possession of about $109,000. He says some of the money might go toward a Sheriff’s drone:
Richards says he is still researching the drone, such as the cost and other capabilities of a drone.
