The Strategic Plan for the Ottawa Library came up for review during the Regular Library Board of Trustees meeting. Library Director, Terri Chartier says it’s an annual event:
The plan gives general goals for the library for next year, such as outreach to patrons. Chartier says the future new library building came about as a result of a strategic plan a few years ago.
