Doctor Gary Morsch helped start Heart to Heart International nearly 30 years ago. He’s helped millions of people get through national disasters in the process. Yesterday, he continued to help others, even from a frozen pond in Miami County. Morsch hosted friends, family, volunteers and basically anyone who wanted to get on the ice yesterday, to join him for a skating party.
For the last 40 years, the doctor has met thousands thanks to co-founding a charity in 130 countries. The charity supplies millions of dollars for medication and has helped millions more over three decades. He says he believes humans were put on the planet to take are of each other. Proof of that is the doctor’s latest venture, Global Care Force, a group of doctors volunteering and helping in Ukraine.
