Several area towns and organizations are expected to apply for another round of what is known as BASE Grants…the name stands for “Building a Stronger Economy” Grant Program. Franklin County Development Council Executive Director, Paul Bean laid out some details for the County Commission.
The BASE Grant was one of many federally funded programs designed to revive a slumping economy as a result of the COVID pandemic.
