Yesterday, January 12, Governor Laura Kelly announced her Annual Budget to the Kansas Legislature, outlining what she calls common sense, fiscally responsible plans to provide tax relief for Kansans, fully fund schools and make a one time investment that will pay off debts and expand healthcare. Some are questioning if the plan is doable. Kelly’s response:
