The possibility of a wind farm in Franklin County is getting some county residents quite concerned. County Administrator Derek Brown says he’s been talking to people about the matter, which is now before the Franklin County Planning Commission:
Brown says the County Commission has the final say on a wind farm……so there’s quite a ways to go before there’s really a decision on a wind facility.
