The Kansas Legislature got underway on January 9th and among those people representing Kansas is newly elected 59th District Representative Rebecca Schmoe. She says the first two weeks has been a whirlwind of activity. One thing leadership has done is make a plan on how to move forward in regard to many topics. One of those is building a bigger workforce in the state. She explains:
