The Franklin County Conservation District has handed out its annual award to farmers and entities that practice good conservation practices. One winner was Camp Chippewa, and its Manager, James Ritner. Justin Hobbs of Patriot Bank did the honors:
The other Conservation Winner was Rudy and Andrea Manes of rural Richmond.
