The Franklin County Commission listened to a number of complaints about a proposed wind farm again during its latest meeting. One person was Chandy Proudee who wants landowners to know what a wind farm means for their property:
Most of those who oppose the wind farm are asking the county commission to uphold the planning commission’s recommendation that a moratorium be placed on the development of any wind farms……at least until more information can be discovered about the project.
