The Ottawa City Commission has received a request for a Resolution of Support for two projects using the Housing Investor Tax Credit Program. Ottawa Finance Director, Melanie Landis, spelled out some requirements to the City Commission:
The projects would be for Heartland Design Build, which hopes to build four single family homes……..the second project is for ROC EM LLC which hopes to build seven duplexes.
