The Attorney’s General allege the program creates a pathway for participants to apply from their country of origin and gain lawful status to stay in the U. S. for up to two years. The A G’s office contends the Biden Administration instituted the program without engaging in the required Process of Law, which is an abuse of Executive Authority.
