Proximity Park has been waiting for some tenants for several years……but so far no company has taken the plunge in locating there. That situation is proving frustrating to Franklin County Development Council Executive Director, Paul Bean…….during a joint luncheon of City, County and school district officials, bean issued a call to action:
Bean says a package of incentives needs to be decided upon to offer interested companies…..and to compete with other areas that have seen more success in economic development.
