Franklin County Development Council Executive Director, Paul Bean, ean has for several years been trying to recruit industry to Proximity Park……but no one has taken the bite yet. During a joint luncheon of city, council and school district officials, Bean says he’s frustrated that only the big people get the attention.
Bean reviewed a set of standards by which to measure whether a certain company would be a good fit for Proximity Park…and what incentives need to be adopted.
