If you have been toWellsville in the past year, you’ve noticed the work being done to replace a bridge over the railroad tracks as you go into or out of town. That project has been going on for well over a year. Franklin County Development Council Director, Paul Bean, met recently with State Legislators and the Lieutenant Governor in Topeka:
Bean was attending the Kansas Economic Development Alliance Legislative Day. Many economic developers were on hand to discuss with legislators what they are doing to bring growth to their areas.
