It is well known that more daycares are needed in Ottawa….and some developers are eyeing a familiar location. Franklin County Administrator Derek Brown told the County commission about the potential site.
Brown says he can’t imagine a daycare using the existing building, since it is not in the best of condition…….Brown told the commission it would be more likely that the county would give away or sell the land to a daycare developer.
