One man went to the hospital after a two vehicle accident in Franklin County early this morning. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office were dispatched to the wreck in the 4800 block of Ohio Road near Wellsville, this morning at 3:30. Twenty two year old Kyle Francis of Baldwin City was traveling south in his 2008 Chevrolet Silverado when he attempted to pass the vehicle in front of hin in a “No Passing” zone. When he crossed the centerline, he collided head on with 26 year-old Jack Thomas, also of Baldwin City, who was traveling north in his 2013 Subaru Impreza. Thomas was transported to AdventHealth for his injuries.
