Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce CEO and Executive Director, John Coen, has led the Chamber for over 10 years and is retiring at the end of next week. He says there are many memorable projects they have been involved in, but he most remembers how the community come together for three projects that came up at about the same time. One of those was Legacy Square. He says he was amazed at how fast the money was raised, allowing them to build it all at once:
