Amidst all the controversy over wind farms in Franklin County, there seems to be some confusion over what kinds of wind farms people are primarily worried about. At the Regular Franklin County Commission Meeting, Shandee Proudy wanted to clear something up:
Proudy reminded Commissioners that when a commercial wind company comes in, the landowners lose most property rights to their land…….and losing control over their own property is a huge concern to residents.
