Part of the Franklin County district Court Building is in a bit of trouble. Maintenance Director, Brandon Sands, told the County Commission about a recurring problem:
Sands says the next step is to take some soil samples to see what is allowing the sinking, then arrive at a permanent solution. County officials say they have enough money already on hand to pay for any repairs.
