You might call it a step taken a little too soon….that describes the City of Ottawa’s effort to set up a Golf Advisory Board….in his last appearance as City Manager, Richard Nienstedt told the City Commission about a small problem:
Nienstedt gave some final remarks, saying he was grateful for having been ottawa city Ottawa City Manager for the last 16 years.
