There’s an iconic house opening in Ottawa to help those dealing with drug and alcohol addiction and those dealing with homelessness. Legacy Homes Owner, George Ogle had a message for the Ottawa City Commission.
Ogle says there are 160 Oxford Houses in Kansas, with Ottawa as one of the latest communities to host such an facility.
