The final Legislative Coffee of the year was held Saturday morning, April 1st, at City Hall. A question was asked about Senate Bill 174 that would decriminalize fentanyl drug testing strips as well as other testing strips and increase criminal penalties for manufacturing and distributing fentanyl and related substances. 59th District Representative Rebecca Schmoe says although she likes the fentanyl portion of the Bill, there were too many other things thrown in:

Senator Caryn Tyson added that the Legislation will be seen again soon. This is the last week for the Legislative Session, as they will go into first adjournment Thursday, April 6.
