It was announced last week that the City of Wellsville had received significant money from the Kansas Moderate Housing Fund. With that , Wellsville will be able to build 64 brand new multi family units in the next 24 months. Franklin County Development Council Director, Paul Bean says it’s very important for the County:
The funding was part of over $14 million in moderate income housing money granted by the state, nearly $9 million in moderate income housing ARPA funds and over $6 million in Kansas Housing Investor Tax Credits.
