A routine Replat by the Oakstar Bank received easy approval by the Ottawa City Commission. City Planner Jenna Hillyer gave commissioners some details:
Oakstar Bank is headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. The new bank in Ottawa’s location is on West 23rd Street. The building should be ready and open for business in about a month.
