It looks like the way is paved for the Ottawa Fire Department to get its new engine….Fire Chief, Tim Mathias, described the engine to the City Commission:
The Commission approved a system of financing to pay for the new engine, which will cost over $700,000. Mathias says the new truck will be delivered within the next several days and a traditional “Backing In” Ceremony will be announced to the public soon.
