This week has been National Volunteer Week. Without volunteers, most organizations would not be able to run smoothly and efficiently. Think of all the charities, kids organizations and sporting programs that rely on volunteers. One of those organizations is 4-H. Frontier Extension District Agent, Jessica Flory, breaks down 4-H volunteers in Kansas in dollars and cents:
