The Wellsville Public Works Department is going to buy a new tool to spread the grass…….during the regular Wellsville City Council Meeting, City Superintendent, Darien Kerr, made his request:
Kerr says the only way they have to sow grass at the moment is for his crews to get out and throw it by hand. The council approved the request unanimously.
