April was National Autism Acceptance Month. All of us know someone who has been identified as autistic. April used to be known as Autism Awareness Month, but recently changed to Acceptance Month. Some may wonder why the change? Dr. Aubyn Stahmer, from the Cal Davis Mind Institute, explains:
