Hundreds of fifth graders from area schools were on the Ottawa University Campus Wednesday to hear authors tell about their works… it was all part of the Franklin County Children’s Literature Festival. One Author was Julia Cooke and she says she concentrates on teaching children personal relationship skills:
Cooke says the need to listen and to trust applies worldwide, if Nations are to have good relationships, instead of the mistrust that is so prevalent today. The Festival was sponsored with the cooperation of the Ottawa Library.
