The Ottawa Planning Commission has given approval to a Preliminary Plat for a proposed new Caseys in South Ottawa. During the regular Planning Commission Meeting, Ottawa Planner, Jenna Hillyer, described the project.
Hillyer says officials suggest some possible improvements may include a street light on the ramp of U.S. 59 and Southbound I-35….but the suggestions are not a required part of the development project.
