Three people from Ottawa were arrested for drug-related charges as a result of an investigation conducted by the Franklin County Drug Enforcement Unit and the Ottawa Police Department Special Tactics and Rescue Unit Thursday morning, May 11th. Law enforcement officials executed a search warrant in the 600 block of North Bennett Road in Ottawa, regarding a methamphetamine distribution investigation.
Forty one year old Scott Coulter, 32 year old Stephanie Brannan and 31 year old George Pickering were arrested on multiple charges, including possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Both the Drug Enforcement Unit and the STAR team are comprised of Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputies and Ottawa Police Department Officers.
