The Ottawa Recreation Commission recently began holding programs that hasn’t always strictly fit into the recreation category. Program Manager, Amy Carlson told the Ottawa School Board that in the past, ORC programs had been too narrow.
ORC officials say participation in programs are reaching people who were never involved in ORC activities.
