The need for energy is great in our Nation, particularly in rural parts of America. Yesterday, May 16th, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsak outlined two new programs that will bring investments in rural energy to levels not seen since the electrification of rural America in the 1930’s. They are known as New ERA and PACE.
