Franklin County officials want to do soil analysis and related work on sanitation and environmental matters in-house as a way to simplify the process. Planning and Zoning Director Pat Toth says having an outside party involved is making things complicated.
Toth will work up some new fee schedules and present it to the county commission for their approval.
