Is Ottawa University a world unto itself? That seems to be the question that some are asking, including some on the Ottawa City Commission. During a retreat this week at City Hall, Commissioner Zach Clayton said some things haven’t changed:
There have been occasional calls by some on the City Commission over the years to get Ottawa University students more involved in city life and associations.
