The new Ottawa City Manager seemed surprised by a few things now that he has been in is position for nearly two months. During a retreat of the Ottawa City Commission, City Manager Brian Silcott, said he’s seen quite a number of municipal swimming pools needing repair, but Ottawa’s swimming pool takes the cake:
Silcott says it’s a testament to City Utility crews that they have even been able to keep the pool in operation. Talks are being held for a new swimming facility.
